astrid art nights

back in july

~ two nights ~

first night.. astrid, suskia and erin

second night... astrid and erin

first week i made a monkey mask mold with crumbled up paper and masking tape. 

i paper mache'd over it with brown paper bags and tissue

also we made our own pizzas!!!

the second week i pulled the mask away from the mold.

then painted and decorated it

astrid modeling the finished mask.  TA ~ DA!!

she has the perfect hair for it, don't you think?

is that her index finger or.....?
