frogs, heat and heroes

it was a scorcher in angels camp. our heroes stood on the sun-baked stage for hour after hour. full cowboy gear. but they hung in so every kid could jump their frog. the jumps weren't long. there was shade behind the stage and the frogs weren't stupid.....they headed for it everytime. the important thing was families spending time together.

interesting side note: i couldn't load this image onto my page until i changed the name from guns and whiskey...to douglas and james. also, in real life the whiskey bottle was a water bottle, logs were folding chairs and of course there are no bullets............
